We all negotiate – how might we improve? In this pop-up course we will crack open fundamental negotiation principles and show you how, where and why design thinking can add unique value to your negotiation skills and outcomes. If you have already taken a basic negotiation course, or have demonstrable experience, we invite you to apply. You will experience design thinking first-hand and appreciate the utility of creativity in the world of law and business, thereby expanding your options for your negotiations. (No previous design thinking experience is required).
