After starting her first company in the d.school’s Launchpad course last year, Caroline is excited to dive deeper into helping founding teams iterate their way to a product/market fit. She’ll be joining the hands-on design studio team at Google Ventures, which provides intensive design sprints and user research for portfolio companies.
Caroline has been an extraordinary member of the d.school community, starting as a student, continuing as a Fellow, and throughout her development of new class prototypes and leadership role in established courses. Her background in journalism reinforced her extraordinary bias toward execution; Caroline treats every project like she’s on a daily deadline and always aspires to win that next headline. She crafts beautiful stories and she empowers others to tell theirs. She embodies the “learner / do-er / teacher” construct, her curiosity always driving her commitment to learn how to do something the next new thing and then teach others about it. We’ll miss her much!
Happily, Caroline will keep teaching at the d.school, including a new Founder’s Studio class this fall, as well as executive education programs. Join us in wishing her the best in her new adventure at Google!
