San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art
Join us at the art museum in this play-meets-art-meets-ideation pop-up, where you’ll learn new tools for multiplying ideation.
This pop-up, focused on fresh ideation techniques, will equip your design thinking toolbox with art tools to breathe fresh life into your concepts and expand on traditional brainstorming.
Develop distinct perspectives on ideation by immersing in an intensive series of arts-based play, empathy, translation, and composition activities; apply these new tools directly to design challenges; and use these new perspectives to develop new tools to take back with you.
*If you’re already working on a collaborative project, we highly recommend that you bring your entire team to this pop out. This course will help your team to collaboratively approach your topic in fresh ways.
Accepting 35 Graduate Students, Undergraduate Students, Fellows and Post-docs, public/museum members. Application Closed
