I believe in similar things and as a “traditional” “designer” have always been looking to find meaningful avenues where strategic thinking could be applied to generating real innovative and beneficial solutions to societal problems. As an individual I have found it difficult to find like minded individuals willing to explore this endeavor.
Is your approach to design thinking meant to tackle only business innovation as I have noticed this to be the primary aim of most who speak about design thinking.
What about using this approach toward more beneficial purposes like creating sustainable solutions toward which have benefits beyond mere profit but improve lives across the board. I would be interested in embarking on a program to develop ideas for humanity!
